At Gazeak.shop, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns only if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging

Items that show signs of use, damage by the customer, or missing packaging will not be eligible for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Personal care or hygiene products

  • Clearance or sale items

  • Products marked as “Non-Returnable” on the product page

3. Return Process

To request a return, please contact us with:

  • Order number

  • Clear images or video showing the issue

Once your request is approved, our team will guide you through the return process.

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed only after the returned item is inspected

  • Refunds are issued via the original payment method or store credit

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may be refunded through bank transfer or store credit

Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error is from our side.

5. Exchange Policy

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, we may offer an exchange depending on stock availability. If the item is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be provided.

6. Delivery Charges

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to:

  • Damaged product

  • Wrong item delivered

7. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled before shipment. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.
