SHIPPING POLICY


1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed.
  • A shipping confirmation email with tracking details will be sent once your order has been dispatched.
  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping — 5–10 business days (Available for all orders)
  • Express Shipping — 2–4 business days (Available for most locations)
  • Same-Day / Local Delivery — Within 24 hours (Select locations only)
  • International Shipping — 10–21 business days (Customs delays may apply)

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or customs processing.


3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and selected shipping method.

  • Free standard shipping is available on orders over a minimum threshold (as displayed at checkout).
  • Express and international shipping fees will be shown before you confirm your order.
  • Additional customs duties or import taxes for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier's website.

  • Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after dispatch.
  • If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days of your order confirmation, please contact us.

5. International Shipping

We ship to many countries worldwide. International customers should be aware of the following:

  • Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
  • These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the buyer's responsibility.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
  • Some products may be restricted from shipping to certain countries due to local regulations.

6. Damaged, Lost, or Missing Orders

We take great care in packaging your items. However, if your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact us immediately.

  • Report damaged items within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product.
  • For lost packages, please allow up to 5 business days past the estimated delivery date before reporting.
  • We will work with the carrier to investigate and offer a replacement or refund where applicable.

7. Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address at checkout.

  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for re-shipping costs.
  • We are not liable for orders delivered to a wrong address provided by the customer.

8. Multi-Product Orders & Split Shipments

As we carry a wide range of products, orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately and arrive at different times.

  • You will receive individual tracking numbers for each shipment.
  • There will be no additional shipping charge for split shipments.
  • Some products may ship from different warehouses or locations.
